WOW! June has been an exciting month so far and it’s only the first week. We just launched some awesome new features with many more in the pipeline (haha #punintended). Thank YOU for all of your invaluable feedback and suggestions!
Commission Profile Adjustments
No way. YES WAY!! Now you can edit specific commission percentages within each “Closed” transaction. Let’s say you want to increase your tax budget for a particular transaction, or decrease your business expense budget because you have already met your goal, or you need to adjust your company split for whatever reason… NOW YOU CAN! Simply click on the closed transaction you would like to edit and Voilà!
Hide Standard KPI’s
Now you have the option of hiding the standard key performance indicators (KPI’s) that accompany your Pipeline Wizard account. Simply click on the green pencil icon next toLead Generation Activities or Lead Generation Results, and hide the KPI’s you don’t use. For Rainmakers, Coaches and Managers, when you hide a standard KPI in your account, Pipeline Wizard will automatically hide those KPI’s for all of the agents you are associated with as well. OH YEAH!
Press ‘ENTER’ to Save Note
Ask and you shall receive! At first glance this may seem overly simple and not worth explaining. However, there has been a little confusion about saving notes within your transactions, contacts and recruits. So… we have added a gentle reminder that you must hit ENTER to save the note before hitting submit.
One other small design change is that we moved the SUBMIT and CANCEL buttons to the far left to avoid any confusion that may occur.
Daily Accountability Reminders
Remember, you can adjust the frequency of the tracker and pipeline reminder emails you receive by going to your profile and selecting REMINDERS. We strongly suggest you keep them set to “daily” because, well, this is an accountability and tracking system. DUH!
Note: When new features are released, it’s always best to clear your cache or while logged in to your account hit Ctrl+R to refresh your screen.
We THANK YOU for your feedback and suggestions! Keep ’em coming.
